devaluation through valued social roles.
(ISSN

SRV
- VRS, a French and English periodical, is published twice a year.
It contains articles, critiques, debates, reviews, anecdotes and viewpoints
that relate to Social Role Valorization (SRV), its predecessor -the principle
of normalization- service evaluation based on normalization and SRV criteria
such as with the PASS and PASSING assessment instruments. VRS is the abbreviation
of the French term for SRV, Valorisation des Rôles Sociaux.
SRV - VRS aims to develop and disseminate SRV, but also welcomes any critical assessment or review that might contribute to the refinement, strengthening or correction of SRV.
SRV - VRS is also intended to serve as forum for the many people around the world who have received training in SRV, who want to implement and refine it, and who teach and promote it. SRV - VRS welcomes submissions, and especially likes to hear from new voices in the SRV culture. SRV - VRS is a publication aimed at supporting and promoting the SRV movement but also welcomes any critical assessment or review that might contribute to its strengthening.
SRV -
VRS is an essential tool for people who are serious about SRV.
