About Tom Doody
Tom has worked in human services for almost forty years in a variety of roles. He has been involved with SRV (and before that normalization) teaching for over thirty years. He is a founding member of the North American SRV Council, Massachusetts Alliance for Personal Action (MAPA), and the Western Massachusetts Training Group (WMTG). He is also a member of the Moral Coherecy Study Group and the Sancity of Life Salon--two groups dedicated to preserving other aspects of Dr. Wolfensberger's teaching. His regular job is as senior coordinator with North Quabbin Citizen Advocacy (NQCA). Through his involvements with SRV and Citizen Advocacy, he has had the opportunity to travel, teach, and consult in many different contexts. He lives with his wife Jan in rural western Massachusetts--in the same towns where NQCA has been initiating and supporting relationships for over twenty-five years.Tom can be contacted at:
